We meet on a weekly basis to talk about facing our challenges head on and becoming stronger then our excuses. We'll cover topics ranging from: effective ways to burn calories outside of the gym, to healthy cooking recipes, to how to break through plateaus, or anything that will encourage reaching our goals!
We invite all members to join our support team, whether you're brand new, or a seasoned vet who's lost a ton of weight (and has a ton of advice to share!) Best of all we'll hold each other accountable while encouraging and motivating one another to stay strong and focused!
Everyone needs a little support now and then. Some people have a great support system no matter what, while others don't. At Body By Design we like to face challenges in numbers. Many of our members have faced, or are currently facing similar obstacles as you might be. We like to use this as an advantage to overcome and conquer!
