I am usually the first person you see when you walk in. I am very happy to sign you into boot camp classes or your personal training sessions. If you have any questions, I am here to help. You will see me walking around talking to members, showing potential new clients around, cleaning and having fun.
Coming up with the different motivational sayings on the board is something that the members have really enjoyed reading and gives me a new challenge to come up with something better than the day before.

To say health and fitness is a passion of mine would be an understatement. I love it so much that I choose to live and breathe it, I even chose to make it the focal point of my career! I can honestly say that I wake up genuinely excited every morning that I get to share what I love with others, and help them create and reach new goals. My driving force is that I get a chance every day to be better and stronger then I was yesterday, and I would love to pass that mentality onto my clients.

I am lucky enough to be the event coordinator! I love bringing people together to have a good time. We all friends and family that ask us about our classes and this is a way they get to try it for free. I like being able to help you bring in someone that you want to share the experience with. You know, ‘try it before you buy’ type of thing.
My goal is too let as many people know how great BBD is and we are not just a gym but a close family with our trainers and our members. I don’t know of any other gym that offers events like we do. I like helping us stand above the rest.
