Our boot camps have been rated the #1 Bootcamps in the Greater Milwaukee Area. These are group training programs that meet 7 days per week and are designed to shred fat and build muscle quickly by keeping your body moving through dynamic workout routines!

AT HOME SUPPORT VIDEOS

What should you be doing in between your workouts with Body By Design?  What about when you’re on vacation or away on business?  Don’t worry, we have you covered!  With our over 100 online workout videos that we’ve filmed in-house, we’ll be able to recommend the right workouts for you while you’re away.  We’ll also design custom at-home workouts for you based on the equipment you’ve already purchased.  Sometimes “homework” is necessary to reach goals, and we make it fun and easy!

YOUR SUCCESS BLUEPRINT

The Blueprint is your roadmap to success.  We’ll start by identifying your short and long-term goals and when we’ll be tracking your progress.  We’ll then develop a custom training and diet program for you to follow based on where you’re at now and what steps we need to take to reach a healthy lifestyle.  Finally, we’ll talk about “homework” and recovery to aid your progress!  Our goal is to leave you feeling 100% confident in exactly how we are going to reach your goals!
