Being fit is something that I have always taken very seriously, and I have seen the drastic positive impact that being healthy can have on an individuals life.
The work that is accomplished during an intense workout can stretch far beyond the gym, and can give individuals the confidence and strength they desire on a 24/7 basis. I believe a successful workout should consist of a lot of sweat, but also a lot of FUN!
I want to make your workout something that you look forward to, and an escape from the everyday stresses of life.
I personally enjoy training in a hypertrophic style in order to increase lean body mass as much as possible, and shred the fat as quick as possible. I like to incorporate plenty of compound and classic lifts in addition to things like plyometrics and agility type movements. These two in combination with each other can help someone get toned and lose weight!
I also have a great sense of what to do from a nutritional standpoint, and this in conjunction with killer workouts will yield fast and noticeable results.
I have a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and a certification in personal training from the American College of Sports Medicine.
