At 63 I Regained 20 Years Of My Life

I unconditionally recommend the personal training program at Body By Design.  As a person over 60, this training has turned back the clock to make me look and feel younger.

I am in better physical shape now than I was 20 or more year ago.

My personal transformation to date includes:

  • Weight loss of more than 50 pounds

  • Pant size change from 16 to 6

  • Elimination of hip pain that was constant

  • Elimination of blood pressure medicine

  • Improved balace

  • Improved strength

  • Improved stamina

​I met all of my initial goals months ago. I continue this personal training because at the age of 63 I am constantly improving. Could I do this on my own?  No! My trainer, Carly, teaches me to do new things each week that I didn't know I was capable of doing. Carly plans my workouts to meet my personal goals, working with my aging body as it is now, to help me continue to improve.
