"Body By Design Has Saved My Life and For That I'm Forever Grateful"
BBD and my trainer, Carly, have changed my life forever.
I've always been a workout person, but it never really impacted me the way it did until I was able to get the guidance and accountability from going to the gym and doing training sessions with Carly.
She explained to me the importance of eating the right amount of calories and incorporating more HIIT movements into my daily workouts, which was a change from the traditional weightlifting I had been doing.
With that, I was able to lose over 130 pounds from my heaviest weight and I'm still going strong. I've also had the added benefit of doing yoga with Samantha, which has contributed to the change in my mindset. When I used to workout at other gyms and watch the trainers interact with their clients, it was stale and quite frankly, boring. After hearing about the experience some friends had at BBD, I felt it might just be the change that I needed.
Needless to say, after my first boot camp, I was hooked.
For the first time in a long time, I can truly say that I’m happy with myself.
I have more energy and the physical ability to do things that I haven’t been able to do before. With the help of BBD, I'm actually looking forward to going snowboarding again this winter! I’m in the best shape of my life and I absolutely love it. I tell everyone I come across that BBD and Carly have saved my life and for that, I’m forever grateful.
