"Down Over 100 Pounds!" - Nicole H (30 yrs)
I have been overweight my entire life. Athletic, but overweight. In high school and college I played sports which helped me keep my weight down. After college life, between drinking and late night eating I put on weight.
My co-workers had told me about Body By Design and the results they had gotten while training there. I met one of the trainers Justin and signed up for both personal and group training.
In a little over a year I'm down over 100 pounds!
