As a student, I understand the value in research and evidence based recommendations to fitness and nutrition. - Nevertheless, I personally believe that not many people care about how much you know, until you show how much you care. Therefore, I not only use an evidence based approach to helping my clients reach their goals but a practical one as well that is tailored towards the individual. This also means that I push my clients and hold them accountable to the plan we have agreed upon. - Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle hypertrophy, rehabilitation or sport specific; I will help you progress. I personally struggled with weight gain as a child and overcame that through formal education and practical application. - I am currently pursuing a double major at UWM in Kinesiology and Nutritional Sciences.
