I'm Under 200lbs For The First Time EVER!
At that first session my weight was 253 pounds. My goal by the time I was finished working with Justin was to be at 220 pounds with the dream goal of being 205 pounds (my weight from high school.) That first session was just over 6 months ago.
As of this morning my weight was 185 pounds and is continuing to drop.
In my entire adult life I have never stepped on a scale and had it read less than 200 pounds.
I have more energy, I eat better, I am more social, and my confidence has sky-rocketed. The process wasn't easy but Body By Design and my trainer Justin help to make it fun and motivating.
I can say with 100% confidence that everything I have achieved to this point is a direct result of my decision to work with Justin and Body By Design. I could not be happier with my experience!
