I Used To Workout, but Body By Design Gave Me Results
My name is Annette and I am a 24 year old registered nurse. I became interested in fitness five years ago when I began college and started to put on a few pounds. From the start I knew that I wanted to build lean muscle and lose body fat. I found out quickly that that's much harder than it sounds.
