My Trainer Even Customized My Diet To My Culture!

I joined Body By Design in September of 2014 because I had heard from many people about the results they were getting.

I began working with my personal trainer, Jake, 3 times per week.  He customized my workouts based on what I wanted to achieve and how I wanted to look.

He was able to work with me on diet, keeping in mind I prefer to eat Indian food and needed to increase my protein.  He came up with great ideas for this and the results were amazing.  

Not only did I build a ton of muscle, I got rid of my stomach as well.  Overall great experience!
