The Ever Changing Dynamic Workouts Are Great!

What I like about BBD is the instructors are super motivating and they're good at modifying exercises. I'm never bored; each day is different which is great!

My endurance has improved a lot! I've lost over 15 lbs and a few inches! I'm always comfortable there and I never feel like I'm being judged.

I'm better in each class and sometimes doubt my abilities but at least I'm there and I try. Thank you to my sister Gabby for joining me daily in my workouts!

Together we are getting better each day!
